張繼聰主演的電影《飯戲攻心》票房長紅,截至周日(10月30日)已衝破7200萬元。為了答謝觀眾,身型一向Fit爆的張繼聰,就在社交平台公開大肚腩肥肉相,引來粉絲圍觀熱議。其實阿聰過往為拍戲,曾在兩年內經歷增肥和減磅的訓練,要煉成6嚿腹肌好身材是全靠努力不懈。

阿聰最近在個人社交平台「找數」,分享了一張爆肌及大肚腩合成對比照,並寫上:

這次並不是阿聰首度「為藝術而犧牲」公開肥腩相,一向印象給人身材健碩大隻的阿聰,曾分享過為拍攝電影《金童》,而在兩年之間經歷增肥及減磅。

為了令身形接近西洋拳拳手的角色,當時阿聰要先增磅再操肌,高峰期體重曾達193磅。在那段期間,阿聰除了反覆練習體能外,每日亦維持嚴格飲食。到減磅階段,阿聰每日也會到健身房行跑步機,並開始戒油及糖,維持不太快的減磅速度,以免肌肉量流失太多,練出鋼條身型配合角色需要。
每天最少運動30分鐘
其實自2014年起,阿聰就愈練愈大隻,他曾在個人社交平台分享塑身心得,指自己每日工時雖大約有12至16個小時,但仍然會堅持每星期6天運動,每天做30至50分鐘負重訓練,另加半小時帶氧運動,讓心跳維持在140至150。
而倘若真的感到疲累或沒有時間,阿聰仍然會踩半小時健身單車,睡覺前做6組腹背運動,包括Crunch、sit up等,即使就算凌晨4、5時才回家,也會照做。

至於飲食方面,阿聰在不需出鏡時,會儘可能揀淸淡小汁的食物,不會接觸汽水、公仔麵,晚餐儘可能份量會少一點,通常在晚上6、7點食。外出用膳就會用熱水過油,儘量減少攝取澱粉質。
